We work hard to make Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun great, but we can't make every guarantee. Here's an honest statement of our warranty limitations.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, harrison stanly DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Access to Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical problems, or factors outside our control. We'll try to notify you of planned downtime.
Third-Party Content: We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party services integrated into Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun.

Responsibility Limits
Like all digital services, Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun comes with liability limitations. Here's what they are and why they exist.
harrison stanly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.
If harrison stanly is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.
Why These Limits Exist: Reasonable liability caps allow us to offer Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun affordably. They are negotiated terms that reflect a fair allocation of risk.
Consumer Protection Laws: Mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction are not affected by these limitations.

Your Indemnification Obligation
The following indemnification terms apply to your use of Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless harrison stanly and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.
Notice: We'll give you prompt written notice of any indemnifiable claim and provide reasonable cooperation in your defense.

Dispute Resolution
harrison stanly is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Here's how we do it.
Most disputes can be resolved with a simple conversation. Please email our support team first. If we can't resolve your issue within 30 days, you may proceed to formal dispute resolution.
Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding individual arbitration, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with harrison stanly on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action or group proceedings.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.
If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Terminating Access
This section explains when and how harrison stanly and you may terminate the agreement and your access to Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun.
You have the right to stop using Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request account deletion.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.
We may discontinue Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which harrison stanly is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in harrison stanly's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.
Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
If You Don't Agree
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using Drama Party: Enjoy & Fun before the effective date. You can request account deletion at our support team.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written consent. harrison stanly may assign its rights in connection with a corporate transaction.
